Crochet Amigurumi

Small amigurumi crochet projects that are designed to be beginner-friendly. A 1-4 hour project with simple introductory stitches. Using low cost yarn, and small inexpensive pots.

Forest of Supports

These experimental tree supports use up to 80% less material waste, and increase print speed by up to 200%. The little ‘forest’ of tree supports lives behind the printer station and grows each time someone chooses to try out the new greener method.

Self Driving Robot Car

Summer camp students came through the space and learned how to create basic circuits, assemble a robot car kit, and use microcontrollers and sensors to operate the miniature vehicle. Students worked together in groups to learn teamwork in STEM.

Articulated Dragon

FDM 3D print with multiple layers of colour used to create a fully articulated dragon and ‘print-in-place’ item. This required no assembly in the post-printing process, but is fully moveable.
